Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef 80% lean
  • 1 small onion grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices of American cheese optional
  • Lettuce tomato, pickles, and other preferred toppings

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef, grated onion, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Combine gently.
  • Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties and press down slightly in the center of each one.
  • Place the patties in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 4 minutes on one side, flip, and cook for another 4 minutes.
  • Add a slice of cheese to each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  • Remove the patties from the air fryer and let them rest for a minute. Assemble your burgers with buns and toppings of your choice.
