Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp gochujang optional
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Heat sesame oil in a skillet, cook ground beef until browned.
  • Add onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  • Mix in soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and gochujang.
  • Simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened.
  • Serve over rice with veggies and toppings.

Notes
