- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 small onion
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp gochujang optional
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper

Heat sesame oil in a skillet, cook ground beef until browned.
Add onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
