Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp dry mustard powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional

Instructions
