- For The Meatloaf:
- 2 pounds ground beef 80/20
- 1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- ¾ cup milk
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- For The Topping:
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Preheat The Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil or parchment paper, or grease a baking sheet for a free-form loaf.
Mix The Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until just combined.
Shape The Meatloaf:
Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan or baking sheet. Shape into a loaf and press lightly for even texture.
Make The Glaze:
In a small bowl, combine ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar. Stir until smooth. Spread evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake:
Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
