- 1 ½ Cups Almond Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Psyllium Husk Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- 3 Large Eggs
- 3 Tablespoons Melted Butter or Coconut Oil
- 2 –4 Tablespoons Warm Water
- Sesame Seeds Optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Whisk eggs and melted butter in another bowl.
Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Add warm water until dough thickens.
Let the dough rest for 2–3 minutes.
Shape into 4–6 round buns.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden.
Cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Use superfine almond flour for the best texture.
Add garlic or onion powder for savory flavor.
Use coconut oil instead of butter for a dairy-free option.
Freeze buns for up to 3 months.
Add more water only if the dough feels too thick.
