Instructions

  • Preheat Air Fryer:
  • Set the air fryer to 370°F (188°C) and preheat for 3–5 minutes.
  • Prepare Chicken:
  • In a small bowl, mix together salt, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper. Add olive oil and stir into a paste. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both chicken breasts.
  • Air Fry the Chicken:
  • Place the seasoned chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, flip the chicken, and cook for another 4–8 minutes, depending on thickness.
  • Check for Doneness:
  • The chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). It will rise to 165°F (74°C) while resting.
  • Rest and Serve:
  • Remove chicken from the air fryer, cover loosely with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with your favorite sides.

Don’t Overcrowd: Cook in batches if needed for even air circulation.
