Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix flour and paprika in a bowl.
  • Coat chicken thighs in the mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle thighs with salt and pepper.
  • In another bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
  • Pour sauce over chicken, turning pieces to coat well.
  • Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if using.
  • Cover dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until chicken is golden and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving with rice or vegetables.

Notes

Bone-in thighs require 5–10 minutes longer baking time.
Chicken breasts can be substituted but will cook faster.
For easy cleanup, line the baking dish with foil.
Double the sauce if you love extra glaze for rice or noodles.
