Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey lean
  • 1/3 cup oatmeal or breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg large
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce or ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
