- 1½ pounds ground turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Mix milk, eggs, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
Add breadcrumbs and seasonings.
Fold in turkey gently.
Shape loaf and place in dish.
Spread ketchup on top.
Bake 50–55 minutes.
Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
