Ingredients

  • pounds ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix milk, eggs, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Add breadcrumbs and seasonings.
  • Fold in turkey gently.
  • Shape loaf and place in dish.
  • Spread ketchup on top.
  • Bake 50–55 minutes.
  • Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
