Ingredients

  • -4 frozen beef burger patties 1/4 pound each
  • Salt & pepper optional, if your patties are not pre-seasoned
  • 4 slices of cheese cheddar, American, or your choice
  • 2 brioche hamburger buns

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  • Place frozen burger patties in the air fryer basket. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
  • Air fry the patties for 5-6 minutes on one side.
  • Flip the patties and air fry for another 5-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Add a slice of cheese to each patty and place the basket back in the air fryer (without turning it on) to melt the cheese for 2-3 minutes.
  • Toast the brioche buns at 380°F (193°C) for 2-3 minutes.
  • Assemble the burger by placing the cooked patties on the buns and adding your favorite toppings.

  • Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
