  • 1 cup milk of choice oat, almond, soy, dairy, or coconut

  • 1 –2 tablespoons maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for topping optional

Instructions

  • Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until hot but not boiling.
  • Brew espresso or strong coffee.
  • In a mug, stir together pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour hot espresso over the mixture and stir until smooth.
  • Froth the warm milk using a frother, French press, or whisk until creamy.
  • Pour frothed milk into the mug, spooning extra foam on top.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice if desired. Serve immediately.
