Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic powder, parsley, salt, pepper, and BBQ sauce. Mix gently with your hands until fully combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf, about 8 inches long and 4 inches wide, and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes. While baking, whisk together the glaze ingredients (ketchup, brown sugar, mustard).
After 45 minutes, remove the meatloaf from the oven. Spread the glaze over the top and return to the oven. Increase the temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
