- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Optional: Parmesan herbs, lemon zest
Wash and dry potatoes. Cut larger ones in half.
Toss potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway.
Check tenderness and cook longer if needed.
Serve hot with herbs or Parmesan.
Do not overcrowd the basket.
Dry potatoes well for max crisp.
