Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Optional: Parmesan herbs, lemon zest

Instructions

  • Wash and dry potatoes. Cut larger ones in half.
  • Toss potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway.
  • Check tenderness and cook longer if needed.
  • Serve hot with herbs or Parmesan.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the basket.
Dry potatoes well for max crisp.
Add cheese after cooking.
Adjust time based on potato size.
