- 6 oz box Stove Top Stuffing Mix
- ¾ cup beef broth low or no sodium optional
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 lbs lean ground beef 80/20 fat ratio
For the Gravy:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp black pepper
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Stove Top stuffing mix and beef broth. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add the eggs and Worcestershire sauce, and mix well.
Add the ground beef and mix until just combined (don’t overmix).
Transfer the mixture to the baking dish, shaping it into an even loaf.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
While the meatloaf bakes, prepare the gravy: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add beef broth while whisking to avoid lumps. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
Once the meatloaf is done, let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Slice and serve with the gravy poured over.
