Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ pounds sweet potatoes peeled or unpeeled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
