- 1 can 15 oz chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed
- 1 ½ tsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix store-bought or homemade with garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, dill, salt, and pepper
Prepare Chickpeas:
Drain and rinse chickpeas well. Pat them completely dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture for better crispiness.
Season:
In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil until evenly coated. Add ranch seasoning mix and toss again until well coated.
Preheat Air Fryer:
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
Air Fry:
Spread chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Cool & Serve:
Let chickpeas cool for a few minutes—they’ll crisp up more as they cool. Enjoy as a snack or crunchy salad topper.
