Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 2 lemons or 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat.
  • Cook the Chicken: Place the marinated chicken cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, checking the internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165°F (74°C).
