- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese plus extra for topping
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce plus extra for topping
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
