Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour – structure
  • 2 tbsp sugar – sweetness
  • ¼ tsp baking powder – lift
  • Pinch of salt – flavor balance
  • 3 tbsp milk – moisture
  • 2 tbsp oil or melted butter – tenderness
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract – warm flavor
  • 2 tbsp blueberries – juicy bursts

Instructions

  • Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mug.
  • Add milk, oil or butter, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
  • Fold in blueberries gently.
  • Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds.
  • Rest for 1 minute before eating.
