- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour – structure
- 2 tbsp sugar – sweetness
- ¼ tsp baking powder – lift
- Pinch of salt – flavor balance
- 3 tbsp milk – moisture
- 2 tbsp oil or melted butter – tenderness
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract – warm flavor
- 2 tbsp blueberries – juicy bursts
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mug.
Add milk, oil or butter, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
