- 16 oz Polish sausage kielbasa, or your choice of rope sausage or link sausages
- 1/2 large yellow onion sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 3 bell peppers any color, seeds and stems removed, chopped into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Prep the ingredients: Chop the bell peppers and onions into 1-inch pieces. Slice the sausage into 1/4-inch rounds.
Season: Place the sausage, bell peppers, and onions into a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive or avocado oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Air fry: Transfer the seasoned mixture to the air fryer basket, ensuring it is not overcrowded. Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 12 minutes, tossing halfway through to ensure even cooking.
