Ingredients

  • lbs chicken breast or thighs – main protein
  • 1 egg – coating
  • ½ cup cornstarch – crisp texture
  • Salt and pepper – seasoning
  • ½ cup orange juice – citrus flavor
  • 1 tsp orange zest – fresh taste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce – balance
  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar – sweetness
  • 1 clove garlic – depth
  • Oil spray – light crisp

Instructions

  • Coat chicken with egg and cornstarch.
  • Air fry at 380°F for 10–12 minutes.
  • Simmer sauce ingredients until thick.
  • Toss chicken in sauce.
  • Serve hot.
