Small saucepan
- 1½ lbs chicken breast or thighs – main protein
- 1 egg – coating
- ½ cup cornstarch – crisp texture
- Salt and pepper – seasoning
- ½ cup orange juice – citrus flavor
- 1 tsp orange zest – fresh taste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce – balance
- 2 tbsp honey or sugar – sweetness
- 1 clove garlic – depth
- Oil spray – light crisp
Coat chicken with egg and cornstarch.
Air fry at 380°F for 10–12 minutes.
Simmer sauce ingredients until thick.
Toss chicken in sauce.
Serve hot.
