Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef 90/10
  • 3 oz chili sauce
  • 2 slices thick-cut bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp yellow mustard
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp seasoned salt
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chili sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire, mustard, and seasonings. Mix lightly.
  • Fold in bacon and cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
  • Shape mixture into 4–6 oval mini loaves. Flatten tops slightly.
  • Place loaves in air fryer basket, leaving space between.
  • Spoon BBQ sauce into a small indentation on each loaf.
  • Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes until browned and internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • Rest for 3 minutes before serving.
