Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon sugar optional, for balance

Instructions

  • Marinate The Chicken:
  • In a bowl, mix chicken, garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss well to coat.
  • Cover and marinate for at least 20–30 minutes in the fridge.
  • Skewer The Chicken:
  • Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  • Preheat The Air Fryer:
  • Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for 3 minutes.
  • Cook The Chicken:
  • Place the skewers in the basket in a single layer. Air fry for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • The chicken should be golden and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Make The Lemon Pepper Butter:
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper, paprika, and sugar until smooth.
  • Baste And Serve:
  • Brush the hot chicken skewers with the lemon pepper butter. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices. Serve warm and enjoy!
