- 4 medium potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Optional: cheese herbs, bacon bits, sour cream
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Wash potatoes and dry well.
Place potatoes between two spoons and slice thin Hasselback cuts.
Brush with oil or butter, then season evenly.
Air fry 25–35 minutes, until crisp outside and soft inside.
Add toppings like cheese or herbs.
Serve hot.
Medium potatoes cook more evenly.
Add extra butter halfway for crisp edges.
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
