  • 2 frozen fish fillets cod, halibut, salmon, or your preferred fish
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 sprinkle red pepper flakes optional
  • ½ lemon for juicing
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper or to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat the frozen fish fillets evenly with the olive oil mixture on both sides.
  • Place the fillets in the preheated air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
  • Once done, remove from the air fryer, drizzle with fresh lemon juice, and serve.
