- 3 medium russet or gold potatoes cubed (1-inch pieces)
- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Optional: grated parmesan parsley, or onion powder
Wash and dice potatoes into 1-inch cubes. Pat completely dry.
In a mixing bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Add potatoes to the basket in a single layer. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Remove when golden brown and crispy.
Sprinkle with parsley or parmesan and serve hot.
For extra crispiness, soak potatoes in cold water for 15–30 minutes before cooking.
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket — work in batches if necessary.
Add parmesan or herbs after cooking for better texture.
Best served immediately for maximum crunch.
