Ingredients

  • 2 pounds bone-in chicken pieces legs thighs or breasts
  • 1 cup seasoned self-rising flour or your favorite pre-seasoned coating mix
  • Optional: Light oil spray for extra crispiness

Instructions

  • Preheat The Air Fryer:
  • Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for 3–5 minutes.
  • Coat The Chicken:
  • Place the flour or coating mix in a bowl. Pat chicken dry and coat each piece evenly pressing gently so the coating sticks. Shake off excess.
  • Arrange In The Basket:
  • Place coated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
  • Air Fry:
  • Cook for 22–25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Spray lightly with oil for a crispier finish.
  • Check Doneness:
